Change of mind before order is not dispatched
If you change your mind even before we send the item to you, order cancellation fee of $8 is charged before sending you the refund.
Refund & Exchange
At Peppermint Pebbles we respect your decision of being happy & satisfied with our products. But since the swimwear we sell falls under the category of Lingerie standards, not all returns can be accepted unless they are returned to us that complies to the industry standards .
We take great care to give you the best while we take pride in the quality and workmanship of our products. Each and every swimwear is made locally in the South coast of NSW ( partnered with a great team ) , that cares from the time fabric is arrived at the premises. From fabric inspections until that they are cut , made, inspected, packed and shipped out to you.
Though we cannot refund you for a change of mind, we are happy to offer you an exchange if you would like to change the style or a different color. No exchange is offered on SALE ITEMS unless defective, Which we are happy to offer exchange based on availability of the product that is requested as the exchange, if not we only can offer you store credit which can be used for future purchases.
On all products, we have the right to decide if we would accept the garment returned as qualifying for our refund and exchange policy. Upon receiving your returned item we will inspect and do a quality review based on your email . Once cleared you will receive your new item/s for the exchange, or the refund of the cost at purchase (excluding the shipping cost.) Refunds will be made to the same payment gateway that you used when purchasing the product. We will email you with details.
If the item does not accepted as either for refund or exchange, the same item would be sent back to you. We will advice you the out come once checks are done. If it is returned for defects in manufacturing we will fix and send you the same.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow return procedure as follows.
Refund or exchange request is made within 5 days of receiving your product, by emailing to email@example.com with below information. The process of returns for refund or exchange, the date count starts from the date that the email is being sent to us.
You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or a refund.
If you are requesting an exchange Please list what style/ color/size, you would like the item.
You must Include your original order number and the Name that the parcel is being sent to.
The returning goods must be sent to us within 7days (within Australia) while the international returns must be sent to us with in 14 days.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. For all swimwear the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
Return Item must accompany a proof of purchase.
